Complete with a full athletic modes of training like plyometrics , hypertrophy training, strength , balance and many more. Rest times and rest days are included. Remember a dynamic warm up is warranted before each session.

Its easy to fall into mundane fitness for current and former athletes. As a former athlete this happened to me. I was used to doing an array of exercises designed for me to elicit a certain response. After football at James Madison University I was stuck in a place where I needed to stay in shape but it just was not the same.
